Yesterday I burned out my legs with run training and a killer stationary bike workout at the gym. And the humidity was intense and I got a lil sunburn🌞. So today I spent some time getting reacquainted with BOD. Worked on my upper body with fix extreme, chisel, and Joel’s BOD exclusive. 💪A most excellent strength day!
