I’m doing the #10BooksOfSummer 📒☀️ challenge! It’s a reading challenge hosted each year by Cathy from 746 Books blog. She set herself a challenge to read 20 books between June 1st to September 3rd for this year. We can all join in if we want, and you don’t have to set your reading goals for 10 books like I did, you can also choose 15 or 20 (she supplies the graphic on her page to save to your own pc). She’s apparently easy on the rules too. So if you want to change it up you can, want to go from 10 to 20 books, go for it, etc…
You can also share your 📘reading progress on Twitter with the hashtag #10BooksOf Summer, #15BooksOf Summer OR #20BooksOfSummer, as well as giving Cathy updates on your progress. This is an awesome way to get to reading those books you always say you want to read and never quite get too.
My list is a combo of the Game Of Thrones series of books + personal development books that have been recommended to me, but I keep slacking to read. I’m likely reading 2 at a time, in the order you see them in here. I figure one can be my beach/pool side⛱ reading the other can be part of my morning 🌅 (personal development) to get my day started on the right foot!
If you click on the links to each book you can get a description. My Goodreads is really neglected. I don’t keep up with it ha, so sorry if it’s a bit weak as far as being a book nerd goes. I’ll be updating my reviews here on this page and on Goodreads (at least that’s the plan)!
ps…I prefer real books over reading from my kindle. I’m one of those weirdo’s 🤓
