This full moon bath, could very easily be turned into a simple meditation or relaxation bath used anytime. I usually use candles and some sort of oil or bath bomb for sleep/relaxation, and I meditate when I take a bath. I look for bath bombs and oils that have ingredients that are relaxing and can calm the mind of clutter. Baths are sit and soak time for a me. I time to relax, unwind and let whatever stresses of the day, let them be washed away. I love baths before bed because they put me in the right mood for a restful nights sleep. And I tend to be an insomniac so a good nightly routine helps tremendously!
I regret when I don’t do these things…….
- No phone, computer, caffeine; at least an hour before bed.
- Bath time!
- Diffuse a stress reducing/bed time oil blend to mist the bedroom.
- Fan or open window. I sleep best when it’s cool and breezy in the room.
The next full moon is on October 13th, the Aries Full Moon and will be guiding us to break free from the chains that bind us and limits we have placed on ourselves.
